The BEST Post- Workout Snack!


When I come home from the gym, I need a snack that will give me a great amount of protein.
And this recipe does just that and it's also a little treat!




What you will need are only 4 simple ingredients:
  • 1 Graham Cracker 
  • 1 Tbsp. of your favorite peanut butter (or any other nut butter)
  • about 10 peanuts (This is totally optional, I use this for texture).
  • 1/2 Tbsp of semi- sweet chocolate morsels (or dark chocolate)



Directions


1. Spread the peanut butter on the graham cracker. (Keep in mind that you can also use crunchy peanut butter).



2. Then sprinkle the peanuts and chocolate morsels on the graham cracker. Then you're done. Enjoy!
